Terms of service

The agreement between your company and Marxel Ltd for using Weavex. Last updated 1 November 2026.

Who these terms are for

Weavex is a service for businesses, not consumers. By creating a workspace or buying a plan, you agree to these terms on behalf of your company. “We” means Marxel Ltd, company number 15994028, registered office Harben House, 13a Harben Parade, Finchley Road, London NW3 6LH, which runs Weavex. “You” means your company and the people it lets use its workspace.

Your account

You sign in with your work email. Anyone with a verified email address at your company’s domain can join your company’s workspace, and workspace owners can invite and remove members. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace.

Credits

A search uses one credit for each person who fits what you asked for and has a work email found. Searches that find nobody, people with no email found, emails that turn out not to take mail, and people on your Do not contact list use no credits. When credits run out, searches pause, and carry on once you add more.

Plans and prices

  • Free trial: 50 credits for every new workspace. They don’t expire.
  • Pro: £99 a month for 500 credits. They reset at the start of each billing month, and unused ones don’t carry over.
  • Top-up: £25 for 100 more credits. They don’t expire, and they’re used after your plan’s.
  • Custom: more credits, or paying by invoice, on terms we agree with you in writing.

Prices are in pounds sterling and are what you pay. We don’t currently charge VAT. If that changes, or we change a price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.

Paying, cancelling and refunds

Stripe takes card payments for us; we never see your card details. Pro renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings › Plan & usage › Manage billing (it appears there once you’ve subscribed), and your plan and its credits last until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again for a short time. If it still isn’t paid, your plan ends and its credits stop; credits from the trial and top-ups stay.

We don’t refund a plan’s monthly payment. If you haven’t used any credits from a top-up, we’ll refund it if you ask within 14 days of buying it. Credits you’ve used are never refunded. If a payment is refunded or reversed, we take back the credits it bought that haven’t been used yet.

Using the people Weavex finds

Weavex finds business contact details from public and licensed sources, and shows where each came from. Your company decides who to contact and how, so you’re responsible for following the law, including UK GDPR and PECR. In particular, don’t send marketing email to sole traders or partnerships without their consent, honour opt-outs, and keep your Do not contact list up to date.

Don’t use Weavex to send spam, to harass anyone, or to build lists to sell to others.

Personal data we handle for you

When Weavex finds people for you, it does so on your instructions, and their details are kept in your workspace only, unless you send them elsewhere: a webhook you add sends them to the URL you chose, and what happens to them there is up to you. For that personal data, your company is the controller and we are your processor under UK GDPR. We:

  • use it only to run Weavex for you, and only as you instruct by using Weavex;
  • make sure our staff who can see it are bound to keep it confidential, and keep it secure;
  • use the providers listed in our privacy notice, and tell you before we add or replace one;
  • help you answer requests from the people concerned, such as a request to be erased, and tell you without undue delay about a breach;
  • delete it within 30 days of your workspace closing, unless the law requires us to keep it.

What you put into Weavex, such as your searches and Do not contact list, is yours. How we handle personal data as a controller, for example your team’s accounts, is in our privacy notice.

The service

We work to keep Weavex available and its results accurate, but contact details go out of date and an AI can be wrong, so check what matters before you rely on it. We may change features as Weavex develops. We can suspend a workspace that breaks these terms. You can stop using Weavex at any time, and ask us to close your workspace.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we’re not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Changes and law

We’ll tell you about important changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute. Questions about plans and billing: sales@weavex.ai. About personal data: privacy@weavex.ai.
